Voting rules
One person, one vote.
Each eligible authenticated account may vote once for one published finalist. Vote totals are hidden while voting is open by default. When the window closes, organizers review integrity before the result can be certified and published.
The three projects with the strongest certified valid-vote results enter FROM0 Cohort 01. Sharing can help people discover a project, but it never creates extra voting power.
