When do applications open?

Is FROM0 only for AI projects?
No. FROM0 is for useful software and internet products, whether or not they use AI.
Do I need a finished product?
No. An idea, prototype or early product can qualify.
Do I need a pitch deck?
No. The application will focus on the product, the people it serves and what you plan to make.
Can teams apply?
Yes. Individuals and small teams are welcome. Each project should have one application.
Who owns my project?
You do. Builders keep their company, code and intellectual property.
Does FROM0 take equity?
No. FROM0 does not require equity or exclusivity.
Is support guaranteed?
No. Support depends on what is available and useful for each builder.
Can I take part from anywhere?
Yes. FROM0 is a global program.
Can I change direction during the cohort?
Yes. Builders can change direction when the work or user feedback points somewhere better.
What counts as shipping?
A product another person can use: for example, a working app, package, bot, API, beta or open-source release.
Is there a minimum age?
No. A parent, guardian or other authorized representative may need to consent before a younger participant can enter a particular agreement or receive certain support.
How are the final three selected?
Organizers and judges review applications and publish a finalist shortlist. Each eligible authenticated account may vote once. After an integrity review, the three projects with the strongest certified vote results enter the cohort.
What happens if the vote is tied?
The original application assessment breaks a tie at the cutoff. If that is also tied, the judging panel records a decision using the same assessment criteria.
Are live vote totals public?
They are hidden by default while voting is open. Certified results are published after the integrity review.
